He found a position as a medical recruiter calling 200 doctors offices on a daily basis to eliminate the fear of picking up the phone and talk about its prospects. In a short time, picking up the phone was something I could do now with confidence.
Next, his position-the-job fund named Zhang customers. This allows him the freedom to focus on his day pyramid scheme. Mike trying all the traditional commercial construction methods, in the family attended the event, not much success to the leaflets, anything.
The Mike began reading books and listening to various cds. Learned about the target market, calling people who had already bought that forward. Learned about leadership. He began to contact 100 to 200 people from the genealogy lists every day, with hardly any results yet.
He will reflect on how much better life could be in his future if he contacts. So, he has to get in touch with him every day at least 5 to 10 were trying to figure out what should be expected to get up. He found a mentor. He found a marketing appeal. For Mike, the leader who can provide them we learned to value their participation. He began his position as a leader, you stop chasing prospects.
After struggling for over 6 years, falling deep into debt, and having to pawn his assets just to eat, he finally figured things out, and discovered the art of magnetic sponsoring. In the beginning, he made what he now mastered available to his team. Then he began teaching people, in any company, how to attract an unending number of new prospects and customers to them.

Today, Mike has built a multiple 7-figure Organization, about the power of the Internet, in the network marketing industry. He teaches clients that their status as market leader is a decision for yourself, now. It is a state of mind, a position that you yourself in. It is the ability to tell someone what to do next.
Mike Dillard teaches people to differentiate themselves from the rest by being honest, having integrity, and giving value. Some important things that he tells people to focus on are:

1. Learn Internet lead generation and use one approach until you are producing 30 to 50 leads a day.
